Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as product launches, holidays, or tours), processing times may take a little longer.


Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer shipping across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited options are available at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping
We ship worldwide to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
